Hey friends! Today I’m sharing a card I made using the new Adventure Awaits Collection from Graphic 45.
To make this A2 sized card, I started with the green checkered background paper. I glued that over my cream card base and then layered the darker green tree line strip at the bottom.
Once those pieces were glued in place, I took the wood frame with the lake image from the ephemera pack, and glued that on the right side of my card, about a half an inch to an inch from the bottom and right edges.
I then took the blue paddles ephemera piece, and glued them just slightly overlapping the lake image. Once that was glued in place, I popped up the “hello” wood slice ephemera piece with some pop dots over the paddles and the framed image.
Next I took some brown twine, made a figure 8, and placed it down on my card next to the framed image and adhered it with a strip of double sided tape. I then took my largest brown button and placed that down over the tape, securing the twine in place. Finally, I taped my smaller button just below my larger one.

This is definitely one of my favorite Graphic 45 collections. It gives Pacific Northwest vibes, and as an Oregon girl, I love that! The dark greens, blues and browns make the whole collection feel earthy and rustic, and it makes me want to plan a camping/hiking trip! As a matter of fact, I have some pictures of me and my husband from our Frog Lake camping trip a few years ago that I would love to scrapbook, and this collection is perfect for them!
